How are your plates made?

Imaging to Exposure to Processing, our plates are made with industry leading technology to produce consistent and repeatable results.  We are able to turn plates faster than our competitors, and have the redundancy to avoid shutdowns in our services. We offer various thicknesses of plates to meet your needs.  Please see our capabilities below and what they mean to you.

Imaging:

Cron HDI 1600 H+   Images plates up to 47” x 60” up to 9600 dpi.  This device operates at speeds matched by few in the industry, enabling for quick turns no matter the size of the job.

Esko CDI 4835  Images plates and films up 35×47.25” at 4000 dpi

Kodak NX Mid  Images Kodak NX Plates, Standard Digicap, and Advanced Digicap Patterns.

This combination of devices allows us to be able to offer The proper plate for your pressroom.

Exposure and Processing:

Esko XPS Crystal LED Exposure Unit  The newest advancement in flexo technology.  This removes the need for inconsistent fluorescent tubes.  It can transform any plate to a flat top and removes human error from the exposure process.

Flint FV  This is our large format processing – drying – post expose system.  It can handle plates up to 50” x 80”

Degraf 305 DW  This is a high quality 36”x48” processor with digital prewash to handle overflow and offer redundancy.

Interflex 900  This is a washout system that can run a plate up to 36”x50”.  Washout multiple thicknesses at the same time, and wash a .067 plate in 6 minutes and have it dry in 1 hour.  This helps us turn solvent plates faster than anyone.
